Obama Force I.

With Obama’s appeal to fresh, young voters, and his pop culture status, it wasn’t a surprise to see custom shirts and sneakers out there supporting the Democratic presidential hopeful.  We’ve seen plenty of custom Air Force Is, Dunks, and Blazers thus far, some executed nicely, others were mediocre, however the newest attempt at an Obama sneaker was far more creative than the others.  Artist Jim Lasser adds to the Obama sneaker collection with his art exhibition “The Dunk on McCain” at Tyson Space. Lasser took an Air Force I High and engraved images of Obama on the outsole, with the left reading “A Black Man Runs and a Nation is Behind Him.” Click on the link for more pics.
