As previously stated, I’m not a huge fan of the Air Total Max Uptempo! I’m all about the Air More Uptempo though. However, the latest update to this Nike silhouette does call for a second look though…thanks to the detailing and colorway. Dropping in June is this Black/Metallic Silver shoe. Yes, black is the primary color, found on the upper, and Metallic silver plays second fiddle on the outsole. But it’s the grey fabric panel on the back collar and tongue that gives it a little oomph, as opposed to the OG version. Is this enough for me to cop these jawns? Probably not! But if you dig ‘em, you dig ‘em.

Attention all my “Foam” heads (especially the DMV-area)! Feast your eyes on arguably a “top 3″ fave colorway (pre-Copper) of the Foamposite One. Retroed back in December 2007, 10 years after the first “Foams”, these deadstock size 10 puppies are now available over at Osneaker for a mere $250. Sitting on the green hue known as Cactus is an all-black Foamposite upper. Cactus accents also appear on the forefoot Swoosh, as well as the tongue and heel tags. In the “Year of the Foams”, this can be another dope addition to your collection if you missed out on them 3 years ago. May the best man win. LOL!

Just in time for the beautiful spring weather ahead of us is the release of the AM95 “Neons”! If you missed out on these jawns back in ‘08, you get another shot to cop ‘em to add to your collection…or to just rock. Tomorrow night (2/24) it GOES DOWN! Creative lifestyle clothing brand LRG presents the eighth installment of this, over at 92Y Tribeca (200 Hudson Street @ Canal) in NYC. A couple years ago, the internet was abuzz over a particular viral video/Nike commercial of the Black Mamba leaping over an Aston Martin speeding towards him! Fast forward to 2010 and the Swoosh has partnered with the British luxury sports automaker on a limited Kobe Bryant edition Hyperdunk. Anyone that’s been in an Aston Martin can see the cars details incorporated in the shoe. From the Chestnut Tan colored premium perforated full grain leather used on the shoes lining, similar to the interior of a Vantage Coupe, to the chrome color used on the upper and laces.
