For the 2nd year in a row Nike will be releasing the combat packs for 10 of the top college football teams in the country.  Nike will be releasing the Zoom Huarache TR Mid later this year in limited quantities featuring the likes of Miami, TCU, Florida, Pitt, Boise State, Ohio State, Oregon State, Alabama, West Virginia, and Virginia Tech. Each pack comes with a belt, shirt, a pair of gloves and the shoes. More information and pics after the jump but until then let us know which pack you like the most.

Me personally, I haven’t really warmed to the Air Max 24/7 silhouette quite yet. However, the following images of these two samples may get the process started. Modern Notoriety drops these pics of a Foam based Metallic Gold and Varsity Royal colorway of the latest Air Max model for us to salivate over. No release info was relayed, but I’m quite sure we’ll see these hit shelves sooner than later. Thoughts?

Sneaking in under the radar during the weekend of heat releases including the “Charcoal” AJIXs and “Pearl” Foams, is the “Rice (HS)” and “Duke (University)” Kobe Vs. If you hadn’t heard, had the number one basketball player in the world opted to play college ball, it would’ve been at Duke University. Thank God he went straight to the league ’cause you know what happens to elite athletes that play for Duke – Grant Hill, Elton Brand, Luol Deng, etc., etc.? Their professional careers never seem to achieve what it should’ve. Anywho, that’s the link for that colorway. The Rice link comes from Kobe’s support of one of the most legendary NYC high school basketball programs; in addition to his alma mater Lower Merion. So, while you’re out this weekend getting the “Charcoal” IXs and “Pearl” Foams, add these Kobe Vs to your collection. Especially if you’ve been stock-piling the variety of Kobe Vs. One of the most anticipated packs – by sneaker enthusiasts and gamers alike – dropping this month is the Capcom x Nike SB Dunk “Street Fighter Pack”. As you may be aware, the pack features a drop-top Dunk with design elements inspired by the fierce femme fatale character from the game Chun Li. Then there’s the Hi based on the character Ryu. The Kobe V is the latest addition to the “Think Pink” Collection. You can see the ‘Pink fire’ throughout the side panels, toe box, heel and inner lining, while the remaining base is done up in white. The hints of metallic silver on the border of the swoosh, heel and outsole give the shoe a clean look.

Nike SB European team riders Youness Amrani, Adrien Bulard, Simo Mäkelä, Colin Kennedy, Max Kruglov, Lennie Burmeister and Danijel Stankovic hit up Berlin, Germany to do some damage. Enjoy.

It seems like Nike just keeps dropping Air Max 90′s. You wont see me complaining as long as they keep coming out with shoes that look like these.  The basic white and black colorway is highlighted by the subtle hints of blue thrown in which give the shoe some good life.
