Nike Air Total Max Uptempo – Black/Metallic Silver

Posted by SkorsasetheKing | apparel, sneakers | Thursday 11 March 2010 9:26 am

As previously stated, I’m not a huge fan of the Air Total Max Uptempo! I’m all about the Air More Uptempo though. However, the latest update to this Nike silhouette does call for a second look though…thanks to the detailing and colorway. Dropping in June is this Black/Metallic Silver shoe. Yes, black is the primary color, found on the upper, and Metallic silver plays second fiddle on the outsole. But it’s the grey fabric panel on the back collar and tongue that gives it a little oomph, as opposed to the OG version. Is this enough for me to cop these jawns? Probably not! But if you dig ‘em, you dig ‘em.

More looks after the cut…

Nike Foamposite One – Black Cactus

Posted by SkorsasetheKing | apparel, sneakers | Thursday 11 March 2010 9:00 am

Attention all my “Foam” heads (especially the DMV-area)! Feast your eyes on arguably a “top 3″ fave colorway (pre-Copper) of the Foamposite One. Retroed back in December 2007, 10 years after the first “Foams”, these deadstock size 10 puppies are now available over at Osneaker for a mere $250. Sitting on the green hue known as Cactus is an all-black Foamposite upper. Cactus accents also appear on the forefoot Swoosh, as well as the tongue and heel tags. In the “Year of the Foams”, this can be another dope addition to your collection if you missed out on them 3 years ago. May the best man win. LOL!

Drop the top on the post for some more pics of the kicks below.

Formerly the lightest basketball shoe on the planet at 11.6 ounces, the Air Go LWP comes back with its nubuck upper and phylon midsole with an encapsulated Nike Air unit. These were made famous by the likes of Tim Hardaway, Penny Hardaway, Jason Kidd and Harold Miner. If you’re an OG sneakerhead like myself and are being taken back with these joints, then make sure you cop these upon release.
