Vault La Rock Vol. 4
Vault La Rock is back after a long hiatus. Anyone remember these? Air Force 1 Mid Canada edition. Clean white upper with red swoosh and Canada maple leaf on the heel and a gum bottom to top it of. Clean!

The World Series of Grappling 2009
This past December 2009 I recently competed at the World Series of Grappling in Las Vegas. I did good, but didn’t do as well as I would like, but hey… on to the next one.
In 2010 I resolve to blog…
I have been so busy guys. But now I have some time off to get you up to speed.
I’ve been working a lot and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu a whole lot. This past September 2009 I competed at the Olympia x NAGA event in Las Vegas. I entered the 180-189 white belt Light Heavyweight divison and placed 3rd.
